Learn to be Knotty - Fri March 10

Learn to be Knotty - Join the seniors (50+) of Miltonvale Park and members of the Wheatley River 4-H Club in a "Learn to Be Knotty" event at the Milton Community Hall on Friday, March 10, 2017 from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Come try your hand at basic embroidery stitches and learn about knots used in fishing from retired fisherman Edwin Wall, who will also tell about lobster fishing and display several of his model boats. Those skilled at embroidery are most welcome to come mentors others who are learning. This is a drop in event - and lunch will be available. This event is free for members of the 4-H Club and their families and free for residents of Miltonvale Park, and by donation for others.
