Sewing and Craft Work Bee Sessions - Mondays from 1-3 p.m. -Hall

Tuesdays, in July at 1 p.m.– Come watch the “Some Neighbours” movies of the plays. Admission by donation.

Wednesdays beginning July 8 - Yoga with Paula Smith 11 a.m. Park –-$5

Thursday, July 9 from 2-4 -Science Day at Park. Pre-register by Tuesday, July 7

Christmas in July - Thursday, July 23, 2-4 p.m. - Park. Pre-register by Tuesday.

Teddy Bear Picnic at the Park- Thursday, August 6, 2-4 p.m. Pre-register.

Super Hero & Royalty Day (Park)- Thursday, August 13, 2-4 p.m. Pre-register by Tuesday

Work Bee Craft Afternoons (return)

Starting Monday June 15th from 1 - 3 p.m. work bees are once again welcome to bring their current craft projects to the Hall to work on (6ft) alongside your crafty neighbors. 

There may also be opportunities to help make non-medical masks.

 

COFFEE RETURNS (Following Covid Guidelines)

Coffee Club has started up again Monday and Friday mornings from 10-11am. We have been taking extra safety measures so we ask that you let us know ahead of time if you plan to attend. 

We are also asking at this time, that no outside snacks are brought in until Covid restrictions ease further. Thanks for understanding and we look forward to seeing you all again!

All Activities Cancelled until Further Notice

Activities at the Milton Community Hall are cancelled until further notice.

The Council Office at the hall remains open, and there is a Municipal Council meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 18 at 7:30 p.m.

Residents are urged to contact the office by telephone (902-368-3090) or email (admin@miltonvalepark.com) rather than visiting, if possible.


Residents may reach out to the Council office if they require information or assistance.

CANCELLED -Line Dancing, Exercise, Church

The Monday and Friday 9 a.m. exercise classes at the Milton Community Hall are cancelled until further notice.  Instructor Michele Gallant deals with a vulnerable population, and wants to ensure she is not responsible for spreading any illness from place to place. Keep washing those hands and practicing good cough etiquette. Stay well!

Line Dancing is also cancelled until futher notice.

The Open Bible Baptist Church services are also cancelled until further notice.

More cancellations are possible. 

Singing -cancelled Tues. March 10

With today's weather, and the afternoon forecast for freezing precipitation, the number of vacationing singers and the community wake this afternoon, today's singing jam has been cancelled. We hope to see you next Tuesday at 1:30. 

Cancelled - Meet Your Neighbour Pot Luck

The Meet Your Neighbour Pot Luck that was scheduled for Monday March 9 has been postponed due to a death in the community. A new date will be announced later.
