Milton Community Hall

It is back to school time and we are beginning to get ready for our annual Christmas Craft Fair at the Milton Community Hall. We are planning to hold it on Saturday, Nov. 9, and we also have the opportunity to use the hall on Sunday (Nov. 10) as well - if volunteers and crafters are interested in being at the fair over two days. 

We will decide about Sunday depending on the feedback received. There may be the opportunity to do one day or the other, or both. 

Submission of this registration form DOES NOT GUARANTEE a table in the Craft Fair. Space is limited. Preference will be given to handmade craft/food items and to Miltonvale Park residents.

Food vendors must follow provincial regulations.

Your registration generally reserves a table and two chairs (We will check in closer to the fair to confirm the number of chairs you want if you are accepted). There is not generally much display space between or around tables. If you do require additional space, please indicate that on the form. For those not using tables, your rental space will be equivalent to that of a table. 

FIRE REGULATIONS require that all fire exits and doorways not be blocked and there must always be a clear passageway between tables. 

Vendor setup time: Friday, November 8 from 3 -8 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 9 from 7-8:30 a.m. (and possibly Sun morning, if we have some vendors only there Sunday). Although we will do everything possible to protect your items, we cannot be held responsible for them if left at the hall overnight.
 

FEATURES: Complimentary tea, coffee, and ice water for vendors. Canteen service will be available. 

 

Pricing

 6 ft. -$25 (or if a 2-day fair - $40) Most tables are 6 ft.

There are a very limited number of 8 ft tables (regular or wide). Pricing is on the registration form

We intend to leave the survey open for at least a week (but hopefully not much longer!) and then review applicants to ensure a variety of vendors, and get back to people as soon as possible after the Sept. 16 hall board meeting.
