COVID-19 Emergency Support for Community Organizations

The Milton Community Hall received a grant administered through the Red Cross to provide support for vulnerable community members.

Tristen Mitchell and Shanda Rae have been hired until November 30 to deliver the project and are asking residents to complete this short survey


They have planned three Thursday evening information nights all beginning at 7 p.m at the Milton Community Hall to share information about COVID-19 (October 22), Health and Wellness (November 12) and Online Communications (November 26). Please RSVP to the Hall through the Facebook Event page or 902-566-3154. Seating is limited.

There will also be a Drive Thru Grocery Giveaway to support local products and assist families and individuals, on Saturday November 14 from 9:30 -11:30 at the Milton Community Hall. Baskets will contain local goods and produce, so if you are a local food producer who would like to be involved, please contact Shanda or the hall. This project will support families and individuals in the area as well as local producers.
