Happenings & Updates – Miltonvale Park and Milton Community Hall – as of June 15, 2023

The ParticipACTION Community Challenge is half way through – but it is not too late to join in. Send along your minutes or steps if you already track your activity - from whenever you last reported -or the first of the month through this quick survey - https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/265JWGP  Download the ParticipACTION App for the month. It is a free health and fitness app https://www.participaction.com/app/ It will sync to most fitness trackers and automatically report your active minutes. You can also manually add your activity to the app. If you use a Miltonvale Park postal code like C1E 0S7  your movements count for us! We are currently in 2nd place in PEI!

Walk to Milton, UK- Can our residents virtually walk to Milton, in England?  It is 4493 km as the crow flies. Record your active minutes or steps, report weekly, and we can track our progress.

Move More than the Mayor- Can you move more than the Mayor? We can convert your active minutes to steps for this friendly competition. The more people who take part in activities, the greater our chance of winning the $15,000 prize, so please sign up. Unfortunately, the Mayor’s walking partner, his dog Milton, broke a toe early in the challenge – so their walking has certainly been curtailed.
