Coffee – Visit neighbors each Monday and Friday from 10 -11 a.m. at the Milton Hall. Coffee, tea, and snacks are available by donation of coin or treats. No coffee club on Christmas Day.
Yoga with Leone – Tuesdays - 9 a.m. Building Blocks of Yoga (mat) & 10:30 a.m. Chair Yoga. $6 Miltonvale Park residents and $7 for others at the hall. No class on Boxing Day!
TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) meet at the Hall on Tuesdays at 6:15. For more information contact Joyce at 902-368-2055.
Weekly Wednesday Zumba Classes resume Wed. Jan 3 at 5:30. The cost for Miltonvale Park residents is $2/class and non-residents are $5. Space is limited. Contact MiltonMVPs@gmail.com if you are interested.
Seniors Fitness Classes with Michele Gallant resume on Monday, January 15, 2024, after an extended holiday break.
Jan. 15 is the deadline to buy tickets for the next 50-50 twice-monthly draw. You can buy tickets at the hall-or send an e-transfer to miltoncommunityhall@gmail.com. $3 each or 2/$5.
The Council Office will be closed for staff vacations December 25- January 4, 2024.

Miltonvale Park New Year’s Day Pancake Breakfast Monday, January 1 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. for residents to celebrate 50 years of being a municipality, as Miltonvale Park was incorporated in 1974. To help us plan for groceries, please send an email to admin@miltonvalepark.com if you are planning to drop by for a free pancake breakfast.

Air Fryer – We now have an air fryer for Miltonvale Park seniors to borrow to try out. Perhaps you are thinking about buying one for Christmas and want to see if you would use it. Please contact MiltonCommunityHall@gmail.com to get your name on the waiting list to borrow it for approximately a week, or call 902-566-3154.

GIFT IDEA - The Milton Community Hall sells gift certificates in the denomination of your choice. Drop by the hall to buy one for someone on your list! They can be used for any activities at the hall.
