As of Monday, Vax Passes will no longer be required for events at the Milton Community Hall.  Masks are still required for all activities at the hall. 

Michele’s Chair and Balance Fitness Classes take place on Mondays and Fridays at 9 a.m. Cost is $5 -and they are available online or in-person at the Milton Hall. If you are interested in attending contact the Council Office (902-368-3090 or admin@miltonvalepark.com). For an online link email magallant58@gmail.com.

Coffee Club takes place-Mondays and Fridays at 10 a.m. at the Milton Hall. Admission by donation of coin or treats.

Mindful Movement on the Mat – Tuesdays at 9:00 with Leone and Mindful Movement on the Chair – Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. and Thursday at 9 a.m. Some classes may be moving upstairs. Class can also be taken via Zoom.

Hot Water Bottle Cover Class- Monday, February 28 at 1:30 p.m. at the Milton Community Hall, 2nd floor. Learn to make a hot water bottle cover and feel the warmth all year long. Materials provided (not the hot water bottle). Register at admin@miltonvalepark.com or 902-368-3090. Space is limited. Vax pass required. The Rural Municipality of Miltonvale Park is hosting its annual Budget Meeting on TUESDAY, March 1 at 7:30 p.m. at the Milton Community Hall to present a draft budget to residents and landowners. Council will vote on the budget at their regular meeting on Wednesday, March 16 at 7:30, and there will be two weeks after the meeting and after the information is posted to send along comments or questions.  RSVP by noon on Tuesday to admin@miltonvalepark.com or 902-368-3090 to get online or virtual access to the budget meeting.

Wednesday, March 2 – 12 noon. Come listen to some local storytellers (Ken Williams, Tony Reddin and Marcia Trerice) involved in a storytelling project with the Young at Heart Musical Theatre Group. Lunch provided -but depending on the registration numbers, it may be a takeout lunch. RSVP to miltoncommunityhall@gmail.com or 902-566-3154 by 4 p.m. Monday, Feb 28. Space is limited and priority will be for Miltonvale Park residents. Financially supported by the PEI Seniors Secretariat. I am also looking for a couple of people to volunteer to help out that day.


Miltonvale Park Residents & Friends Talent Show – We are looking for talented local seniors and others to have a community talent show on Sunday, March 20 at 2 p.m. at the Milton Community Hall. Save the date and register your talent. We hope to showcasing the talent of local seniors for local seniors – but the show is open to all ages. We are looking for music, singing, skits, dance, and displays of arts and crafts and the show can be a mix of live and virtual performances. The North Milton WI is collecting period products for Food Banks at the Milton Hall until Monday for the WI Taking Care of Women's Business! Period. 28 Day Campaign. FYI Murphy's Pharmacy will be collecting and matching with their Atoma brand donations that are made at their stores, as well.  


The hall also has Covid rapid tests available. The tests from the Red Cross “Stop the Spread” are optional, but if used, they must be taken at the hall (as results must be reported to Red Cross) and are only for adults without symptoms. There are a limited number of rapid tests from another source available to be used off-site.
