June 23, 2024 – News and Events – Miltonvale Park & Milton Community Hall
ParticipACTION! -ONE WEEK LEFT to get your activities counted.
Miltonvale Park is taking part in the 2024 ParticipACTION Community Challenge - and is encouraging people to take part in activities throughout the month, as Miltonvale Park tries to win the most active community on PEI…. And $15,000!
We all win by being more active!
How can you help us win? The scoring system is different this year -
ParticipACTION counts the number of people who register (as opposed to the number of minutes people are active) as well as the number of people who attend municipal events.
Sign up as an individual! (https://www.participaction.com/individual-user-registration/) to support the Rural Municipality of Miltonvale Park. Be sure to use a Miltonvale Park Postal Code - such as C1E 0S7 (If you get your mail at Winsloe, and use C1E 1Z2 – you will be counted as Charlottetown!!)
Help us track your activities by completing a survey every week – or you can start now and fill it in for the month so far! https://www.surveymonkey.com/
Participate in as many activities as you can -and let us know!

There is still one tall raised bed if you have mobility issues. If you would like to plant a plot, for yourself, or plant flowers or vegetables that can be shared with others, please reach out to the Council Office – admin@miltonvalepark.com.
MILTONVALE COMMUNITY PARK UPDATE – The tennis court and basketball court will have a new coating installed and new lines painted -hopefully this week. PLEASE AVOID the playground areas until the pea gravel has been installed in the new construction areas. Sorry for any inconvenience, and we expect the disruptions will be all worth it!
For Miltonvale Park residents, if money or transportation is a barrier to any of the Milton Community Hall MVP (Most Valuable People) events, please let us know and we will do what we can to ensure that everyone can participate. Email MiltonMVPs@gmail.com.
