Garden – The Community Garden across the road needs pickers.  When produce is picked, it is put in coolers at the community mailboxes at the hall and notification is put on Facebook, including the Miltonvale Park Residents private group. If anyone is interested in helping harvest and weed the garden, please contact Shari at admin@miltonvalepark.com. The lower half of the garden (furthest from Rte. 7) is for community use as most of the upper section has been planted for individual use. If you can help - contact Shari at 902-368-3090 or admin@miltonvalepark.com. Please check in with the office if you plan to forage in the garden, as there are some plans for certain vegetables for some events.  We are supposed to be reporting the amount of produce grown in the garden (for the funders)-so if you pick some… please keep track of the amounts and report to me!

Mosquitoes – Residents in the Crabbe Road area who have benefitted from the treatment this summer to control mosquitoes are asked to forward their $30 contribution towards the cost of the 2024 mosquito control to the Council Office. Council does pay for the cost of black fly control in the Loyalist Road and Crabbe Road areas.
